Our inaugural salon featured the emerging artist Pharaoh Kakudji. Given carte blanche to utilize the space, he transformed it into an installation titled "Mind Genealogy", recreating his workshop. This immersive experience invited visitors into the depths of his mind and heart.
The artist was given carte blanche to utilize the intimacy of Victor's living room and create magic. Over the course of two days, the setup allowed us to fully understand and appreciate the Pharaoh's vision.
We opened the salon to the public at 5 PM. The sunlight bathed the art, offering a unique perspective to those who arrived early.
T.V. Bridges had the honor of hosting Sofie Royer for a violin concert. Inspired by Pharoah's artwork, she composed a piece of music specifically for the 'Mind Genealogy' project. Magic happened.
After the opening on Friday night, the living room remained open throughout the weekend. We wanted everyone to experience the art at their own pace and to sell it to those interested. Supporting young artists !
